IQC Incoming Material Inspection
Testing Objective: To strictly control the quality of materials supplied by vendors, ensuring that materials entering the production process meet the standards, preventing process defects caused by defective materials, and avoiding time and cost losses due to substandard refurbished materials.
SPI Solder Paste Inspection
Inspection Purpose: Utilizing advanced optical inspection technology, this system performs comprehensive inspection of solder paste printing quality, detecting defects such as insufficient solder paste, misalignment, and bridging in advance, thus preventing defective products from entering subsequent processes
Online AOI Inspection
Inspection Purpose: Utilizing advanced machine vision technology, this system performs automatic optical inspection of products during the production process, quickly and accurately identifying defects such as missing parts, misplaced parts, and incorrectly oriented parts, and preventing defective materials from entering subsequent processes.
SMT First Article Inspection
Inspection purpose: To confirm the correctness of the SMT assembly process and ensure that the parameters of each passive component (such as resistors, capacitors, etc.) are within the standard range.
IPQC Product Inspection
Inspection purpose: To conduct random checks on all production processes to ensure compliance with work instructions and that the manufactured products match the design drawings without any discrepancies.
Offline AOI Inspection
Inspection objective: To inspect surface-mount PCBA boards after soldering according to IPC610D standards, checking for defects such as missing components, incorrect placement, reversed polarity, and poor solder joints.
X-ray inspection
Inspection purpose: To inspect solder joints of components invisible to the naked eye and ensure the reliability of each BGA solder ball.
QC Manual Inspection
Inspection purpose: To perform strict manual inspection of finished boards according to the industry standard IPC-610 inspection criteria, ensuring a 99.98% yield rate for shipped products.
QA Outgoing Inspection
Inspection purpose: To conduct strict inspections and barcode verification before shipment to prevent defective products from being shipped.
