User Guidelines

BOM (Required): A detailed and accurate BOM list, with any changes noted on the BOM.
Gerber file (required): If panelized stencils are required, please provide the panelization file;
PCB files: If the customer is unable to export the coordinate files, reference numerals, or Gerber files, PCB files can also be provided.
Component reference diagram and coordinate files;
Sample: For production reference; available upon request.

The fee for custom-made steel mesh starts at $25 (37cm*47cm); other sizes require separate pricing.
If you require a modular stencil, please provide the modularization file. The price will be recalculated based on the different number of points.
Customers will only retain the stencil for 3 months. After 3 months, our company will handle it itself. If you want the stencil returned, you must confirm this when placing the order.
To ensure the quality of our customers' products, we are not currently accepting external steel mesh.

Customers provide their own materials. For consumable materials (samples: 15 samples of resistors and capacitors are required; for bulk orders, 1% spare parts are required), please provide spare parts.
If a small amount of materials are not available and welding is not required at the moment, please list the details. If there are any special requirements or precautions, please explain them in advance.
For surface mount resistors and capacitors procured on your behalf, you must provide the complete model number (package precision, voltage, etc.), and the resistors and capacitors provided must be of the "Samsung" brand (if the customer wants to specify a brand, they must make a special statement).
