Imported steel sheets

High tensile strength, smooth surface, toughness, and not easily broken. Thickness ranges from 0.03mm to 1.0mm, with an accuracy of ±0.005mm.

Polishing process

Grinding and polishing: After machine cutting, the surface of the steel sheet is ground to remove burrs from the hole walls (for components without precision parts). Electrolytic polishing: After grinding and polishing, the hole walls are polished using current and chemicals. Electrolytically polished stencils have better solderability and better release properties during use (for precision components such as ICs or BGAs with dense pins).
